Will call pick-up rentals must be returned before 12:00 PM Noon the following day regardless of pick-up time or additional charges will be assessed. Saturday rentals are due back on Monday before 5:00 PM as we are closed on Sundays.
Delivery, Set-up, Strike and Onsite Technicians are available at an Additional charge. There is a minimum order for this service, please call. Delivery Charges vary based on location.
MULTI-DAY DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE!!! Weekly rates are three times the daily rate (example: Rent for 7 days pay for 3 days).
All equipment will be demonstrated in working order and will be returned/picked-up in the same order, any damages will be charged to the renter.
Renter assumes all responsibility of equipment once it is picked up from our location and or the delivery is made. Any issues with equipment needs to be brought to the technicians attention prior to leaving the office or delivery location.
All Rentals require a non-refundable retainer of 50% to guarantee reservation.
50% retainer are due and payable for cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to load-in.
100% of fees are due and payable for cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to load-in.
Rental transactions will only be provided to original cardholder. Photo ID must also be presented at time of pickup.
